Items ordered can be exchanged for another item. We request that you return the purchase. When the returned article meets the conditions and is received by us, the new article will be sent.

Returning

Are you not completely satisfied with the items you ordered?

If the items meet our terms and conditions, you can return them to us. Naturally, we will refund the purchase price after the return. We would like you to tell us why the package is being returned so that we can improve our quality. For this reason, a return form must always be filled in. Please contact us for this.

Return conditions:

  • Returns can be made within 14 days;
  • Products must be in original condition and have original labels and tags;
  • Packaging must not be damaged and must be delivered in original condition;
  • Items to be returned contain no signs of use and/or damage.

Always ensure that the parcel is provided with a Track & Trace code. Without the proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. You, the customer, are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

Once we have received your returned item, we will contact you via a confirmation e-mail. Within a maximum of 5 working days after processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back into your checking account. If you have not received a response after one week of sending the returned item, please contact us.
